Matthias Riede VP Operations & Engineering

Matthias is responsible for all technical operations and engineering at GE - Satcom's network operational centre and teleports in Backnang Germany and Leuk, Switzerland. Matthias holds a Diploma and Doctorate in Telecommunications from the University of Stuttgart and is a member of the VDE and ITG.

Previously, he has lectured at the University of Stuttgart and held responsibilities of Head of Network Operations (Bosch Telecom GmbH), Managing Director (Bosch Telecom Ltda. São Paulo), Managing Director (Gilat Europe GmbH).
